Tier 1 dependent

Hi,

I have a query regarding my wife's visa.

She came in Sept 2012 on Tier 1 dependent visa as i was on Tier 1 General visa. My visa status changed in 2013 as i got the ILR she continued on Tier 1 dependent visa. Her visa is expiring next month and i dont know in which category should i apply her visa. If i apply her stay in FLR(M) then her 2 and half stay will be wiped out as the category will be changed, if apply her in tier 1 dependent category then i dont know what to fill in the main applicants category as there is no option for ILR (not in the form).

Please suggest me what to do in this case.

You need to select T1 General as that was your (main applicant's) original route for ILR.
