Tier 1 general ILR in Jan 2016

Hi ,
I am worried about Hsmp closing down after April 2015
. Got my Hsmp in 2011 for 2 yrs .. Then 3 yrs extension in 2013 jan... ILR due in 2016 January ..
Now can I apply for ILR in Jan 2016 as normal or do I have to apply for extension before 6 of April 2015 according to new rules ..

Please provide exact date of you initial Tier 1 G visa

My first tier 1 general visa started on the 20th January 2011
Thats was for 2 years .. First extension for 3 years started on 24th of feb 2013..

You will be eligible to apply ILR 28 days before to 20th Jan 2016 .
you don't need another extension why you are worried for another extension ?

Thanks a lot.i just got confused with this new rule about Hsmp renewals closing down on 6 April 2015.. I guess it was only for People applying for extensions and the people who already had their second extension will apply for ILR as normal ..right ??
