as a rule, no

but i always ask clients what method of proof of english they used in their first tier 1 application

if it was toefl or toeic, i advise to re-take ielts instead before iLR
**Please note, you can no longer contact me by PM because owners of this board accused me of using it to recruit clients, and disabled my ability to read and send PMs.**

Thanks for your reply
I did IELTS back in 2009. I submitted that IELTS result with my initial application.
Now can I submit the same with ILR application or should I get a new result?
Thanks

Hi there,

I did Toeic n submitted it with my initial application of Tier 1 Entrepreneur n now I'm sending my MSc degree with the ILR application.

Will it be a prob for me too... As toeic is no more accepted by HO.

Thx

I had also used IELTS for my Tier 1 application in 2009 (IELTS test was given in Nov-2008).
I contacted the home office by email and they have confirmed that I can use the same IELTS cirtificate and expiry date would not cause any problem.

Good luck guys

Cheers
