Tier1 General dependent visa

Hi,

I have to apply for Tier1 general dependant extension for 3 people.I am just wondering whether to go for postal application to save some money instead of PEO?.
Please advise what would be the processing time for postal application and is it worth to pay more and go to PEO?

It varies. Postal can take up to 6 months, sometimes longer.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
