Ukba Failed To Serve Me Any Notice. What Next ?

Hi guys,
Background, was we were told to go job hunting while they held our passports. However I was never offered a job without a letter from the HO, then an employer who desperately wanted me, as a Microsoft IT professional offered a job of £30k and pursued the HO.

I had my application (Tier 1 dependent ) terminated vindictively by my estranged wife a few years back. Who claimed the case worker said he would put her's through if she terminated mine, after holding our passports for 1 year 7 months. No notices whatsoever where given ( even to the solicitors who chased the HO ) except a return of my passports.

I have to give a report on this as the whole process caused me a lot of pain over the years, as I lost access to my 5 year old daughter born and schooling here. We are now in courts for this

I have a few more questions which I would ask in a later date/threat, but my question for the now is very specific.

1. What does the immigration rules say about terminations and refusals ?
2. What do you do when the UKBA fails to serve any notices ?


Kindly advise on this, as I need to educate myself on the laws, oversights of public govt officials and my rights
