VAF10 form queries

Hi All, can someone who have applied for dependent visa before the main applicant travels to the UK, tell me if the fields 7.13 to 7.19 can be left blank?

It asks about main applicants details in the UK which is not relevant since I have not traveled to the UK yet.

Thanks Jhansi. I have put a note along with the application to clarify this to the ECO.

I have the following documents can someone check if they seem ok.

1. Sponsor letter from me.
2. Copy's of my passport and Tier 1 General Visa.
3. Original Bank statement of my account holding maintanance funds for 3 months.
From my wife -
1. Cover Letter
2. Passport
3. VAF10 form
4. Original Marriage certificate.
5. Some photos/Marriage Invitation

For my Daughter -
1. Passport
2. Original birth certificate
3. VAF 10 form

do I need to provide anything else?
