What form to use, dependent of settled person

Post by msklibra1 » Fri Dec 12, 2014 5:23 pm

Hi,

My Husband recently got his ILR. He was previously on a TIER 1 General visa.
I came to UK in 2010 and extended my stay as dependent of tier 1 general holder in 2012.
Now I am not sure what form to use to apply for ILR myself? Is it SET (O) or SET (M)
Can someone please let me know as I am confused by the following written on top of the SET (M) form:
If your last grant of leave was not issued under Paragraph 281, 284, 295A or 295D
under Part 8 of the Immigration Rules you MUST NOT apply using this form.

please help, thank you in advance

If he was granted ILR under Tier 1 (General), using form SET(O), then you should also use SET(O).
