Withdrawal Appeal and apply for another visa

Hello there,

I was wondering if anyone might have some information about whether I can withdraw an appeal for my UK ancestry visa and apply for a Youth Mobility visa? would this affect my ability to get the youth mobility visa? I am a Canadian Citizen.
