Investor Visa - What is allowed

Hi,

Due to change in rules for Dependent visa, I may have to use to route of Investor visa for my parents to immigrate to UK.

I wondered that if they bought a property worth £ 1 million would that be counted toward investing £1 million in UK. Also can I give them that cash?

Also after they granted 3 years of visa, do they have to give Life in UK Test? As my mother does not speak English, it may be an issue.

The conditions for the visa are in the guidance. Please read that document. Buying property does not qualify.
