Post by india11 » Fri Jan 15, 2010 4:25 pm

Hi guys,

can any body please tell me ,

how much a judicial review or appeal in high court will cost.I been to 1 solicitor and he is asking 2500£ for it. Is it normal?

Or if any body knows any good and cheap barrister or lawyer?

Please help me in this matter .

Best to check with a couple of lawyers to ascertain the best course of action and also get a good idea of the (various) costs involved.

Judicial review involves a lot of paper work and also can be lengthy. This is the reason why lawyers charge a high fee. It is better to find other alternatives unless you r very sure you can win. See URL:

Thanks.
