Nope all he said the college help desk should tell you but they are not leaking any info because they are being extra careful. So just sit down like me and wait for the death. Joking... They said by the first week of May everyone application will be dealt by Home Office.

By the way bya1983 visa got rejected, is that true? is he really a student of our college? Now thats worrying.

Could u please tell me wht specific letter they should gimme to support my application n remove this deception thing from my status ....
coz HO could possibly ask them as well that why has u make a mistake on ist verification for this student , some thing like that ..
so plz tell me so that they cant gimme any false Again ....

even GOD will not be able to tell how and when HO's sluggish systems work,but i think that HO will deal with oct-nov PGD applicants only after burying CCL's ghost once and for all!

the peoples who submitted their passport march they got their passport back within 4 weeks my friend from lcmit he sent his p.p march and he got it within 4 weeks so whats wrong with the peoples who sent their p.p last october i sent my passport last year october 03 and got acc..paper 10th october still now waiting six and half everyday i am waiting for postman and looking outside by the window can any one tell me how long how long how long wait my college said me the varification done by the homeoffice last year october so why i need to wait GOD pls help us..........................................pls GOD

To Limbu timbu-- I think you are right and that's why HO is holding up the applications.But now the matter of concern is that what HO was doing for the last 6 months.Didn't they check students coursework/assignments/police verification/attendance etc?They got ample time to do that.

Limbu Timbu-- Yes Limbu Timbu is right.I think it is going to happen soon.As CCL revealed the scam and after that UKBA has been inspecting the applications in different way in order to ensure the application is genuine.When BBC showed the video of Rabbani involved in scam, the news clearly explained "the major flaws of home office's new immigration rules has allowed 1000 of bogus applicants slipped through the uk border agency."But I think once HO visit college that will terminate the investigation.

if ur diploma is not accreditated/validated by external body and u have been waiting then be sure that it will happen soon as credibility of certain colleges is doubtful.i was told by my solicitor friend,cant be 100 percent as i am not from UKBA.

u still waiting for ur passport? I applied on the 23 and you on 31st oct. Buddy, our college will clear by end of next week. Solicitor has confirmed. did you speak to the college admin?

To n khan: I did ring college.They told me they have verified the students,that's it.They can't help regarding home office's policy.College also told me to ring HO and ask.

my was there ,,
u can go to OBC , n hve a loook ...
but they are not agree with any kind of favour coz COLLEGE REPORTATION IS IN TROUBLE, thats wht thy told me ,...

My solicitor said that home office got a very strange way of doing things. now they are dealing by postcodes.may 1st two weeks will be good news, bcoz, they will release most of them.

honestly spking i dont remeber any of name,,
coz i was worried for my case,,u can go n hve chat ,,,it no prob to go,, coz they talk with me very nicly but they refused to give any kind of favour,,
and the question is how they manged to make a NAMED list ,, for home office....
its shows that they did this mess with us , coz they got our rocord before,, u knw wht i mean,,,,
