Another 5 years [Urgent please]

My job with code 2136 is on Short Occupation list now and I need to extend my visa further for 3 years. Recently they added 5 years rule for senior developers which makes my role eligible for SOL.

Question

Do I need to apply again if my job role is removed from SOL even if I have visa for another 3 years ?

In other words, do I need to reapply if they remove my job role from SOL today ?

AS it's stated here,

You may need to apply to extend your Tier 2 (General) visa application if:

you want to change your job and your new job is with a different employer
your job changes to a different standard occupation classification (SOC) code
your job is taken off the shortage occupation list

Gosh, you only posted 4 hours ago before bumping your thread and this is the second identical thread you have. Members offer their time for free on the forum and also have jobs and families and will answer your query if they choose to.
