Good Afternoon,

Any one who did biometric after 17 feb?

UKBA changed the date from 15th to 17th fb...
I did my biometric on 21st feb any idea what to do...

I did on 22nd Feb...i need travel to India soon, was hoping to get the passport later this week, but they are still processing 17th Feb applications, so not sure about it now

Seriously...its too slow...2 weeks b4 it was 3 weeks waiting time...now its 5 weeks...even I want to go to India...

My cos runs out 5th april. My manager requested for annual allocation on 16th feb. Still no reply from them.

Can i plan my journey from 4th to 11th april. If they dont renew my COS... can I enter UK on 11th April.

I gave my bio on the 21st. My sisters marriage is on the 29th don't if I am gonna be able to make it.

I gave on 20th Feb at Liverpool. Haven't got anything yet. I had planned for my travel on 30th Mar booked 4 months back. Not as important travel as yours but still....never expected this much delay.

I think you can plan ur travel for April.. You should receive yours by next week - guess before 31st.. But be careful as bank holiday weekend is coming

I had to cancel my tickets.. pay £175 to cancel.. It is a nightmare..

Hi guys,

glad to inform you that I received my passport and bio metric today. Was very surprised that the passport left UKBA on 20th of March and was with the lawyer on the 21st and the bio metric was received a day later.

Congrats Asad and best wishes for your sisters marriage. you are lucky. I haven't received anything yet though biometric was done on 20th Feb.
A family ticket still waiting for 30th Mar for me.

hi rajan,

try writing to the courier company. that trick really worked for me. if you go through the forum then there is topic about bio metric done before 6th of february in that discussion string you would get the details of who and what to write.

Hi Asad, Thanks...I checked with the courier company. Still no joy. Seriously I am loosing all hopes. Any other tips?

5. Date Biometrics letter received : 3-Feb-2012
6. Date of Biometric appointment (earliest appointment available) : 20-Feb-2012 at Liverpool
7. Date BRP cards received : 29-Mar-2012
8. Date passports received : Still waiting on 31-Mar-12

I had my flight booked for family on 30th and had to cancel paying a heavy penalty.
Still waiting for passports to book my next flights.
This is in spite of the case officer acknowledging the receipt of a registered post explaining my situation on 19th March.
