Currently I hold Tier 2 General and I am preparing to apply for a Change of Employer extension, looking for another job.

Could you please let me know what was the process for you:

Did you have to do RLMT?
Did you do unrestricted CoS?

Hi Mani, I am in similar scenario ( a little further behind you as far as timeline), but waiting for notice once I get Visa. Very nerve wrecking. Keep us updated on yours!! Fingers crossed it is soon!

I had originally applied on 16 -dec 2015 and yet to recieve any confirmation.

I had applied for priority service but they came up saying they need time as i did not give them complete information actually they required date of expiry of labour market advert.

However this information was shared before chirstmas and it should hav been done by now.

Not sure how they are handling iy

Its been a week already since I was given the approval letter and still no BRP. Although, all of my friends who applied through priority service already received their biometric cards.. I am quite worried, called DX yesterday but they had nothing for me.

I have received a letter from HO saying: your application raises exceptionally complex issues and that requires further time to consider thoroughly. I am now very worried... This is my second attempt as my first application was rejected because my salary did not meet the entry minimum requirement. Therefore my company reduced my working hours and applied an new COS for my new application, with a letter saying that we have made an admin error during my first application.

I am really worried because this looks like HO has spotted some problems in my case : (
Had any of you guys received this delay processing letter before? and what was the out come?
