Licence for a small Limited company

Hi
I am planning to apply for a sponsor licence as a limited company for IT.
The guidance shows that a business premises is really important. My current 3 employees work from home.
Can someone advise please? Also it is not clear in appendix A what documents I would need to submit?
Any advice please?
