NEED Urgent Advice

Post by legendfar » Sat Jun 20, 2015 1:35 am

Hi Guys, I am on Entrepreneur Tier 1, I have been providing my services to my client for last two and a half years he is my regular client and i am working as self employed with client. Now he offered me if he can apply for sponsorship as Tier 2 visa. Company's turnover around 1 to 2 million. and my boss doesn't know anything about this Visa system , he just asked me to let my solicitor speak with him that my solicitor can explain to him .
My question is that whether i should ask my solicitor to speak with him and try to convince him about this visa , while my entrepreneur visa is expiring in march 2016 i need to apply for extension for further 2 years till march 2018 while my 10 years will be completed in September 2017 . should i take a chance to go on Tier 2 company visa or is it so complicated to apply now.
Answers will be appreciated thanks.

it is not at all diffiuclt. It also depends on what your profession is and what job title is going to be.
U (the employer) have a lot of time to sort out, company sponsoring licence, conduct RLMT, and issue a COS so u can apply for visa.

Thanks iworker for your reply, basically i want to know whether i should convince to my employer to get Tier 2 or should i stay on Tier in entrepreunur because i heard that Uk border raid or visit to the company to check person's job description same as it was in application and to be honest with you my company is not that big and i dont think so my employer will do RLMT. its a pharmacy and . I am very confused if my employer apply for license and get refuse or if i apply for tier 2 after sorting everything out if i get refuse will i lose my current tier 1 visa

at the end of the day its your call.. u have to make the decision.
Getting a tier 2 visa refused will not cancel any current valid visa u may have.
