RESIDENT LABOUR MARKET TEST EXEMPTION

Post by Wenutz » Fri Apr 08, 2016 3:51 pm

Hi everybody,

I have been studying in the UK continuously for the past 5 years. During this time I passed my bachelor's degree but I have failed to pass my master's.

I have just been offered a job but my employer doesn't know if he has to conduct a Resident Labour Market Test since I failed my master during my last grant of leave. I told him that because I managed to pass my bachelor's degree during my continuous stay, I should be exempt from the RLMT. I am right in thinking that?

Thank you for your help.
