sponsored visa- working restriction within the company?

hello,
I m working under tier -2 visa for past 5 months, now company is asking me to work to different branch (within the same town), under same CoS and salary and sponsor.
will that be a problem? as the main working address will be different as mentioned in the original CoS.
do we need to notify home office or not? or need to advertise the job to the new branch and process application all over again?
