Switch Job with new employer

Hi All,

I am currently working as a software engineer in a company on tier 2 visa. Another company offering me a job of Web Developer. Is that possible for me to switch job from software engineer to web developer and if yes then should I apply for a new entrant or an experienced employee?

yes
rlmt needed, best to take experienced salary without knowing other details like age , how long u have been on tier 2

I am on tier 2 visa from last 1.5 years. The new company is going to do RLMT for me.
