Post by NEHANU03 » Wed Jun 06, 2012 1:17 pm

Hi,

i really need help and advice :
As time is running out for me :

I am currently on tier 2 general visa i was on a work permit for 3 year and then migrated to tier 2 general this year for another 2 years and now i am planning to change the employment .My new employer has assigned me a sponsor certificate .
i have few queries:

do i have to appear for the english test
do i have to maintain funds
do i have to go on 35 k salary
when do i inform my existing employer that i have applied for the visa through my new sponsor.

kindly advice
thanks [/b]
