Tier 2 General - Jobs Search Difficulty

Hello,

I was curious enough to know that whether what I have heard from my colleagues regarding it eing extremely difficult to find jobs on Tier 2 General as most of the IT companies nor agencies preferred Tier 2 General visa holders.

Is this fact true and that difficult to search and get on to new job as I was planning to get switch from my current company.

Any insights on same would prove very useful for me on same.
