Tier 2 (ICT) new born UK visa

Hi

My Husband is in Tier 2 (ICT) visa. we had a kid in August. We have applied for UK visa.

Visa applied on Oct 10th,2016.
Bio metric on Oct 25th,2016.

Still waiting for my daughters Visa.

Does it take so long,its been 7 weeks now?
Is there any possibility we can get to know the status?
