Tier 2 ICT Short Term Cooling off period query

Post by sessuinu » Fri Sep 20, 2013 5:38 am

Hi All,

I got my Tier 2 ICT short term visa last year and it was valid from April 2nd 2012 to April 1st 2013. I travelled back to India on 30th March 2013 and i know that my cooling period starts off from this date.

I would like to know if i will be able to apply for VISA again before 30th March 2014. Also Is there any way i could travel back to UK to work at the beginning of March 2014?

Thanks in advance!

Regards,
Dharma

if you wanted to return to the UK under Tier 2 there are only two ways you can avoid the cooling-off period, either by getting a T2 ICT visa in the Long Term Staff category or if your pay was at least £152,100.

Hi Manci,

Thanks for your reply. Could you please let me know the eligibility for applying ICT Long term visa?

read the requirements in Part 2 of the T2 policy guidance. http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... idance.pdf
One of the requirements is a min £40,600 salary
