Tier 2 Migrant Medical Doctor - Locums during annual leave

Dear all
I am a Tier 2 Migrant Medical Doctor who wishes to do supplementary (locum) jobs. I am aware this should not be more than 20hrs a week. Does this rule apply if I am on annual leave (or holiday)?

who are u going to work for.. if it is own hospital, then its not a problem as the payment will be processed via paye and u the work will be classed as overtime.
