Tier 2 process application

Hi all,

I'm an Indonesian living in the Netherlands. I had 2 interviews with 2 companies, and both were saying that my skills are a match but it would be very difficult if not impossible to sponsor my visa in the UK. Is it possible if I propose the company that I will apply the tier2 on my own, as long as they provide the sponsor letter? How does this actually work?

Please help.. I really love the jobs, but keep on getting problems with the visa.. Thank you..
