My query is regarding switching from tier 4 to tier 2.
I came to UK in 2011 and i have continuous stay till to date here.
I have a master in marketing communication from UK university in 2012 and a diploma in web designer (2012).
After masters i did acca from feb 2013 to oct 2014. (my visa have expired).
I have submitted my application for tier 4 extension, i have submitted online application but have not yet posted my supported documents.
Now the thing is i have got a job and the employer is ready to sponsor me, but the question is CAN I APPLY FOR TIER 2 AND WITHDRAW TIER 4 ?
As my leave has expired will it be possible for me to send tier 2 application and inform the home office to withdraw my tier 4 application?
Please seniors help me ...
