60 days expired!

PLZ HELP!!

I came into the UK on a student visa and i was withdrawn by the college because i couldn't attend lectures as i had an accident.
I got a 60 days letter and i couldn't find another college in that period and the 60 days have expired. I was advised that i still have 28 days within which i had to leave the country.
The question is can i travel out of the country legally within these 28 days?

Thanks in advance

The 28 day rule allows you to do one of three things:
Apply for another type of leave to remain in the UK
To leave the UK without being classed an a person liable to be detained
Appeal the curtailment decision

If you are intending to leave the UK do so before the 28th day and you w ll not be subject to a future ban. You can apply to return as a student at a point in the near future that way.
