Access to work grants

Post by nishad.zaman » Wed Oct 12, 2016 8:07 pm

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can help me with this query: ''Can I apply for the 'access to work' grants having a tier-4 Dependent visa with full-time work permit due to the long term disability and stay at work purpose''?

My employer asked me to check the application procedure and I already made the application but have not found any information regarding the restriction of public fund for the immigrants. Please note that I have no recourse to the public fund.

Looking forward to your valued response.

Many thanks

The Access to Work grant is not a public fund. See the list of public funds at https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... c-funds--2
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.
