Accomodation question Tier 4 visa

Hi
I'm going to apply for a Tier 4 general visa in August to do my masters degree. The accomodation where I want to stay offers me a 41 week contract, but the length of my course is 50 weeks. Will it create problems for visa? This accomodation isn't a part of university.

Which part of the application form and/or aspect of Tier 4 eligibility are you concerned about exactly?
