Appeal to Tier 4

Post by asimwarraich » Fri Apr 10, 2015 10:42 am

Hi there,

I need some information regarding my scenario. I applied for a company sponsored visa after my PSW expired and after four 6 months i received rejection letter from home office as my my company's sponsorship license was cancelled during that time for some reason(idk which). Letter stated that i had 14 day to leave the country or provide some other sponsor which i couldn't do in such short time. I appealed against the decision because it seemed the right move to do at that time. Now i am trying to admit myself in some university for research degree. But it seems really difficult to get a CAS from some university while previous case is in court. Now my question is that

1: Is it possible that home office can still reject my visa for some crap reason even if i provided them with a CAS letter?

2: Have anyone else been in such situation like me before and found a reasonable solution?

3: Is there any alternative solution for this rather than student or tier 2 visa?

4: My appeal date is June 5 but Universities i am trying to get admitted are starting their research degree session in September or October. I haven't received any offer yet but hopefully i shall.

So is there anything any expert can recommend me? I'll be very thankful for your advice.
