Applying for Doctorate Extension Scheme

Post by PhDStudent » Thu Jan 21, 2016 7:15 pm

Hello,

I am at the end of my PhD study, and will soon be eligible to apply for a 1 year Tier 4 Doctorate Extension Scheme (DES).

However, back in 2011, I already applied for, and was granted a 2 year Post Study Work Visa (PSW) after finishing my Masters degree (before doing my PhD).

I understand that the DES visa was introduced in 2012 to replace the PSW. In my case, I wonder if I am still eligible for the DES ?

Thank you.
