BRP Issue

Hello,

I am writing to you because I need your help. I am Mauritian and live in Monaco.
I have applied for a Tier 4 student visa (PBS) in November to study in England at the University of Hertfordshire. My application was accepted and therefore I was granted a visa for the duration of my studies (until sept 2017).
However, when they sent my passport (with the visa vignette in it) and documents back, there was no decision letter and I didn't get any information concerning my BRP.
Does anyone if it's normal and if it's not what should I do?

Do you have a letter telling you where to collect your BRP from? BRP's are frequently sent to the HE Sponsor now for storage and for students to collect durign registration.

No, it is not normal and you should contact the application centre and ask for advice.
