Can my dependants come to UK?

I hv also got Tier 4 student visa for MBA at Rayat London College. this college is under listed bodies ( not recognised bodies). can my dependents come to UK? Does this fall under HEI. Pls help.

NQF level is 7 and course duration is more than 12 months.

No - see what is a higher education institution

If it is not a recognised body or an institution in receipt of public funding as an HEI then it is not an HEI.
