complication with 60 days letter

Hi ,
I made a tier 4 application and its still pending but my college has been reboked on 11th sep 2014. My worry is onesolicitor said HO will not give me 60 days letter cz I over syaed two days the time of my tier 4 application. Confused plxz help me out

you need precise advice from the experienced immigration adviser or solicitor asap because your case seems not straightforward.

did u actually overstayed i.e., applied for extension aftr ur visa was expired ?

I would not panic too much if you overstayed your visa expiry date by 2 days.. You have a period of 28 days after your expiry date to regularize your stay.
You will receive a 60 day letter on that basis.
The downside is that if you apply for a new visa if it gets refused you will not attract a right of appeal.
