If you are not planning further studies or work, the only option would be an application outside the rules. You should get one-to-one immigration legal advice about this.
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.

A face to face or in person consultation with a registered immigration advisor. You will have to search for a OISC registered advisor in the area you are located.

A branch of HO for what purpose?

They do not offer a walk in advice service if that is what you are asking.

If it is to make an appointment to submit an application, you need to apply online at one of these offices (click).

Again, you need immigration advice. I recommend speaking to the International Student Adviser at your university.
