finances in case residing in relatives accomodation

I would want to know that do I have to show less finances in bank account in case I reside in relatives accommodation for free of cost?

Do you mean the 'maintenance funds'?

If yes, then no, you have to show what HO requires regardless of where you live.

In case a female student is expecting before or after the start of course (1 year course) then what will be the implications? Can she deliver child in uk (during studies) or will she have to return to her home country?

It does not seem very likely that she would be able to attend her studies without taking an interruption, which would trigger the curtailment of her Tier 4 visa. I advise she defers her studies and her travel until after she has had her child.
