FLR OR DLR

Post by japjit82 » Mon Jun 22, 2015 8:23 pm

Hello.
I have few questions:

1: Since 3rd Sept 2005 I have student visa then from 2010 I get tier 4 student visa and my visa expired on 11th of April 2014. I am due for ILR long residency in 3th Sept 2015. I need visa to cover these 2 month to qualify for ILR.

My information regarding my education and visa’s that issues during my stay in UK since 2005.

First visa

01st September 2005 to 31st August 2007

Second Visa

24th September 2007 to 30th April 2009

Third Visa

28th July 2009 to 04th February 2010

Fourth visa
21September 2010 to 10 April 2012

fifth visa
26th March 2012 to 11th April 2014
I applied Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa in April 2014, My visa refused in august 2014 and then I appeal to first tier tribunal that refused in Dec 2014 then I appeal for first tier tribunal for upper tribunal permission that refused and then April 2015 I apply to upper tribunal appeal permission from upper tribunal. Now my permission refused on 17th June 2015 from upper tribunal. Does it affect on my 10 year continuities if yes then What other options for me. And Can I apply for FLR or DLR ?
Please advice me I need urgent help.

please advise. asap.

Thank you
