Genuine Mistake

Hi,

One of my relatives applied for Tier 4 child today. She submitted a parent consent letter. She got the template from her friends and then adjusted it. Now she found out that on one part, the passport number is not correct and it is actually her friend's passport number. The passport number is correct everywhere else on the letter.

Now, she is so worried that they refuse the application based on this mistake. Any comment or similar experience?

This won't cause any problems so no need to worry as long as the application form has all the correct detail.
