Have you ever been refused a visa for any country? question

Post by crazyeyes » Tue Jul 21, 2015 4:33 am

Hello. I'm from a country of South America and I'm applying for a Uk Tier 4 Sponsored Student Visa. I was wondering how could it affect my application admitting that I was refused a Spanish Student Visa 8 years ago. Do you think it would be possible that, because of that, my UK Tier 4 visa is refused? What would you recommend me to do?

It may or may not be refused depending on what basis your Spanish student visa was refused. Also, if UKVI takes this in serious consideration. Do you have a good travel history after your Spanish student visa was refused?

Recommendation would be to include the true reasons of why your visa was refused and do not hide anything in the visa application. I hope you should be fine.

Regards,
Hassan
