ILR application for Dependent of Tier 4 who switched ILR rec

My wife applied for Tier 4 Dependent on 18/06/2012 and the Entry Clearance as Tier 4 Dependent was issued on 01/09/2012. Thereafter, applied to switch to Tier 2 Dependent on 27/10/2013 and she received her visa on 19/11/2013. After that she switched to Tier 4 Dependent and received visa from 17/12/2014 to 28/06/2016.

Last week I have received my ILR for long residency. I would like to apply for my wife’s ILR on 5 years route. Can I apply for her ILR with the SET (M) application form?
