Is it possible to do MBA topup? after level 7: Please guide

My question is regarding admission in topup mba. I was studying Btech Management level 7 diploma. I completed my course, submitted my assignments, but before I could be finally assessed, my college got revoked. Now my college has given me a completion letter saying that I have completed my course and my attendance is good. now can I take admission into topup mba on the basis of that completion letter? , Some people say that I cant do MBA unless I do a graduate degree from UK. Please guide me I m really confused and my visa expiring on 30th October 2014

Letter is good however you need final certificate of level 7 from awarding body to apply MBA top up otherwise may eligible for 1 year full MBA based on Bachelors;
