It is the same as when she applied for her current visa, although the specific amounts for living costs have been adjusted for inflation. See the Tier 4 application guidance, page 45 onwards under "Course fees" and "Money you will need for your living costs":

It sounds like she might benefit from guidance from her university about all aspects of her new Tier 4 application, if she is not aware of what the maintenance requirements are.
