PBS Dependants documents

My wife is studying in London for second degree. I want to apply for PBS Dependant visa. What kind of documents I need?
In additional if I need to translate documents what kind of evidence I need to show that the translator is professional?

Till now I found from different sources:
1. You need to fill VAF10 Form
2. If main applicant is you husband or wife, you need translated to English Mariage Certificate.
3. Letter from bank that you have enough money in cache. (GBP533(for you) + GBP800(for him)) * 9 month = GBP11997
