Question about priority visa service

I just wanted to know what this means ?

Customers who fall into the following categories are advised not use the Priority Visa Service:

If you have been refused leave to enter the UK, and/or;
If you have previously deported, removed, or otherwise required to leave the UK, and/or;
If you have overstayed a period of leave in the UK, and/or;
If you have had leave to remain in the UK curtailed by the Home Office, and/or;
If you have been refused leave to remain in the UK by the Home Office, and/or;
If you have been previously refused a visa for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the USA or a Schengen country, and/or;
If you have been interviewed, detained or prosecuted by the police for any offence in the UK or elsewhere, and/or;
If you have an unspent criminal conviction in any country, and/or;
If you have committed a criminal offence in any country.

does it mean if you fall into one or all?

Because mine was curtailed last year but i still applied again this year and paid for priority (Curtailed because deferred for the year)

yes since the 23rd , today is the 5th working day but i have still heard nothing back.

I'm confused. You attended your appointment on the 23rd but it was deferred for further consideration? Or have you applied outside of the UK and not at a PSC?

no i deferred my place in 2014 for this year , my visa was curtailed and i came back to country im a resident of (ireland) and applied on the 23rd of september for a new visa using priority service.
