Hi

Hope things are doing good and would appreciate if i could clarify my query.

I have been in UK on my student visa studying MBA since Feb.2010 and have graduated my course by March.2011 and to mention i have my student visa till November.2011.

I have travelled back to my home countery by May1st week and planning to re enter UK by July midweek on my student visa to apply PSW visa. I am wondering wether i would be refused entry at immigration?

Have any one actually been refused entry and returned back by immigration when re entering in student visa.
