I refused 2011 and Refused by paragraph 320(21).
I want to apply again. is there any change to apply?
What should i do?
Please help me.

320(21) has been deleted. What was it?

I think 320(21) was EC should be refused when an applicant submits a false document in support of an application.

Was the bank account statement genuine?
Did you appeal?

Yes my back statement was genuine. But that time appeal system was off for long time. So i couldn't drop file for appeal.

Is there now any chance to apply next year (2014) ?

No chance until 2021. Unless you can prove that the bank account statement was genuine (thereby refuting 320(11)) or that you are exempted from 320(7B).
