May I know where it stated I am able to work?

You can do any work EXCEPT work as a Dr or Dentist in training.

Tier 4 dependents are allowed to work provided the main Tier 4 is doing a course for more than 12 months.

Your employer can use the employer checking service for confirmation that you can work.
