Student vis curtailment

I m currently on a student visa and it expires on jan 2016. This is based on my original end date of sep 2015. Now I have completed my course on July 2015. Can u tell me whether I will retain the same additional four months immigration months from the day Ukba action on the report from college regarding my new end date?

Your leave will be curtailed to what you would have been granted for your actual study. If your study was less than 12 months, you only get +2 months. If it was 12 months or more (which I was assuming it was), you get +4 months.

Study was originally 12 months and I got visa for 12+4 months. But now we completed in 10.5 months, what will happen, will it be 10+4?

As advised, your leave will be curtailed to 2 months after your new course end date.
