Student Visa after Tier-2 ICT LT

Hi,

I am currently working in UK under Tier-2 ICT LT visa having validity until Feb 2017 but I would return to my home country in October 2015 and Hence 1 year cooling off period will be applicable.
But I am planning to study Masters Degree in UK starting in this year and I would like to know that would there be any problem to get Student Visa as I would be under cooling off period.

Please suggest soon as the university application deadlines are very near.
