I am an Indian Passport holder and hold a Kuwait residency since 2007. I was in India to complete undergraduate studies for the last 3 years but have been coming to Kuwait every six months to keep my residency. I am in Kuwait for the past three months after completion and am applying for PBS tier 4 visa from Kuwait. Do I still need to get a TB screening done since Kuwait is not a country for which a TB screening by the UK govt. and has no approved test centers as such.
The UK visa rules state that:
"You won’t need a TB test if any of the following apply:
you lived for at least 6 months in a country where TB screening is not required by the UK, and you’ve been away from that country for no more than 6 months."
Can someone please explain this to me.
